Holy Calligrapher Sumire
Born in the Far East, this traveling priestess made her living through showcasing her traditional performing arts throughout the land. Her family that has worshiped and passed down the legend of the Fox Deity throughout the generations were apparently originally called "shinobi." When she would swing around her giant calligraphy brush, everything she drew would pop up off the canvas, and come to life with an actual physical form. She was able to do so because of the golden hairs from a fox spirit that were mixed into the head of the brush. She was also known as a traveling artist, with her illustrations ranging from depictions of regional myths to representations of mundane everyday life. These picture scrolls that she created throughout her whole life were passed down throughout the ages.
