Fraid

A magical creature that dwells within caves. Defining characteristics include a single, large eye and rocky body, within which burns a flame requiring it to subsist on a mostly fire-based diet. A flame mage once used its magic in a cave, and a horde of Fraids soon gathered, eyes fixated on the mage's torch. Why would a magical flame draw their attention so thoroughly? Maybe they were just hungry.
