Vajara's Axe

An axe that symbolizes a lord of villainy. Hewn from a dark Dragon deity's scale, it spills a never-ending stream of miasma. Any living thing it grazes will be seized by panic, leaving them defenseless. This powerful effect comes at the cost of gradually eroding the holder's heart. Unless they are as diabolic and ruthless as a despot, they will not retain their sanity.
