Phantom Horn "Cantabile"

A strange instrument-shaped weapon that can only be used with the breath of Spirits. Unlike normal weapons, it does not strike flesh and bone. Instead, it releases unique vibrations carried by sound waves to destroy internal organs. The fact they are difficult to tell from normal instruments meant there was a time where they were common assassination tools and heavily restricted as a result.
