Count Rayas' Cape

This is the cape for Rayas' Autumn Festival costume. He is going for a vampire theme, and he takes on an air of insufferable self-satisfaction with his fake fangs and overblown aristocratic dress. The noblewoman, who knows a thing or two about aristocracy, is hard put to suppress her smile and finds the pathetic display hard to take. Just when she's about to say something, his old friend lets out a huge sigh. "The only thing he knows about the nobility is what he learned in kids' picture books..."
