Stigmata Diategh

A claw-like relic containing the power of the lightning god. Once activated the wearer obtains speed beyond the reaction times of any living creature. Those who see the flicker of this relic will be dead before they even know it. However, such speed also damages the one who uses it, and the wounds thus inflicted led to the "stigmata" being added to the name.
